Rob Pereira, Commercial Director, PICO

Rob Pereira, MBA, is a multilingual leader in technology and business development with over 15 years of international experience in consulting and sales across emerging tech and innovation. Educated in Germany, the UK, and Chile, he has held leadership roles—including Regional Sales Director and General Manager—for pioneering companies in VR/XR, eye tracking, EEG, biometrics, and behavioural analytics, supporting both academic research and commercial applications.

Rob has lived and worked extensively in Germany, the UK, and Latin America, where he led Tobii’s operations in Latin America as General Manager. Now based in Hamburg, he serves as Commercial Director at PICO, overseeing enterprise business across EMEA, the UK, India, and ANZ. His focus spans education, healthcare, corporate training, and location-based entertainment.
