Michelle Brown

Michelle Brown is an Australian-based new media and XR artist focused on virtual and interactive art and creating storytelling experiences in the extended reality space. She has produced documentary series for Australian television, created music videos, and visuals for a variety of artists and festivals, and has exhibited work internationally and around Australia.

Kannaki Barua

Bringing creative ideas to life, Kannaki is passionate about creating intricate and beautiful virtual environments which form the backbone of any XR experience. With over 12 years of experience in 3D art and several more in a variety of fine arts, Kannaki is now at the forefront of visual arts in any XR media. From technical concepts to stunningly detailed architectural visualisation projects, Kannaki and her team breathe life into every project. During her time at Real Serious Games, Kannaki has worked on 150+ projects across multiple industries ranging from mining, industrial and construction settings to biotech/health and trade/apprentice training. She is experienced in project management and creating project pipelines. Kannaki manages a team of 6 artists.

Alicia Keizer

Alicia is a keen learner with a great passion for knowledge. She originally aspired to be a botanist but a reborn interest in arts inspired her to pursue a Bachelor of Animation (Modelling).

 Alicia is a 3D artist and MOCAP/Animation Specialist and brings a diverse set of innovative skills to Real Serious Games. In addition to her primary responsibility i.e. modelling and animations, she is often assisting other teams with post-production, graphic design, marketing collaterals and unity scene setups.

 When she's not face-first in a computer, she loves travelling and exploring the corners of the earth in search of rare Pokemon cards.

Stephanie Evans

Stephanie graduated from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2018 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Animation). She specialises mostly in concept art, 3D Sculpting and in 3D animation but does dwell in other areas so that she is evolving and diversifying in the industry. Stephanie believes that it is important to try new things and develop new skills, so that she can grow and be knowledgeable in the industry that she is passionate about.

Today, her company is present in 4 countries, delivered over 400 projects, and is on track to become a global leader.

We have access to a diverse range of talent, through the XR community https://advance.qld.gov.au/xr-hub. Real Serious Games (RSG) create accurate virtual worlds where users interact, investigate
and learn smarter. RSG’s industry leading solutions allow governments and organisations to plan, communicate and understand complex processes at any stage of their projects. A games developer for the construction sector on its inception, the company is now involved in the provision and development of some of the most innovative solutions for multiple industries. The company aims to influence change through its core offerings in Digital Education and Digital Engineering using cutting edge technologies like Virtual Reality, 4D planning, 3D Visualisations and Forensic Animation. Karen is recognised as an industry leader in spatial gamification and was published as part of the G20 Global Café.

Karen is also the acting-CEO of The QLD XR Xub, helping to develop local immersive technologies talent, and support increased use of XR in Queensland priority industries.
